Short description: The objective of the project is to give support to the development of more dynamic civil society in Serbia by establishing a platform that would influence policies and decision-making processes related to service development and monitoring at community level, using strategy-oriented approach, providing larger capacities of civil society organization networks and providing various services in the areas of education, employment and social protection. The objective of the project is also to establish sustainable mechanisms by using public-private partnership and social entrepreneurship in service implementation. Activities: (1) development of a study on service providers in the areas of social protection, education and employment; (2) organization of 5 informative seminars on mechanisms of service functioning at local level; (3) launching of info web portal with data base of service providers; (4) implementation of educational programs on min service quality standard; (5) implementation of educational programs on public-private partnership and social entrepreneurship; (6) awarding grants to 5 service providers at local level; (7) carrying out a promotional campaign.

  Achieved results: 1) Creation of study on service providers for persons with disabilities in local community, 2) Organized 5 focus group discussion, 3) Realized 5 info seminars on service mechanism functioning, 4) Created the info web portal with service providers data base, 5) Realized 8 education programs, 6) Established of the 5 community based services in fields of social protection, education and employment.
