Short description: Overall objective: -to decrease unemployment of graduates in Serbia -to achieve synergy of the higher education system in Serbia with the labour market demands -to increase mobility and employability of graduates in Serbia in local, regional and European labour market Specific objectives: -to develop 8 Master Programmes for Graduate Conversion of unemployed graduates with the aim of improving their employability -to provide training for approximately 300 unemployed graduates -to establish 4 Centres for Education Conversion at partner universities in Serbia Expected results: -8 Master Programmes for Graduate Conversion developed -4 Centres for Education Conversion established -Master Programmes for Graduate Conversion implemented -Minimum 300 unemployed graduates attended Master Programmes for Graduate Conversion -Assistance in employment of trainees provided -20-30% of newly graduated students employed
